Shopping

St. George has become the shopping mecca of southern Utah with its exciting variety of stores, specialty shops, and boutiques. The Red Cliffs Mall is a fully enclosed mall with more than 50 stores and shops. Zion Factory Stores and The Promenade just across the street feature another 50 stores with everything from discounted name-brand clothing to sporting goods, to books, to home furnishings. The St. George Commercial Center on South Bluff Street also offers a variety of shops and large stores. In addition, St. George's Historic District features a number of shops, boutiques, galleries, and more. There are several more craft, antique, and gift shops like Jolley's Western Wear scattered throughout the community.

1 Hour
If you only have a short time to shop, focus on of the one of the main shopping centers. Zion Factory Stores and The Promenade are outlet malls. Red Cliffs Mall is a normal mall. Ancestor Square and the stores on Main Street in Historic Downtown tend to be craft and artisan stores.

3 Hours
If you have a few hours to shop, it is best to stay in one part of town. Zion Factory Stores, The Promenade, and the Red Cliffs Mall are all close together in the northeastern part of town just off of Interstate 15's St. George Blvd. exit.

Ancestor Square and Historic Downtown are near each other on Main Street in the center of town. You can also check out Jolley's Western Wear on St. George Blvd. just east of these centers.

Full Day
If you have a full day, you can visit most of St. George's stores and shopping center. You could start in the morning in the east end of town at the Red Cliffs Mall and the two outlet malls, Zion Factory Stores and The Promenade, before they get busy in the afteroon and evening hours with tourists and teenagers. You can have lunch at any of these malls or in downtown along Main Street. During the afternoon you can focus on Ancestor Square and the other shops along Main Street in Historic Downtown.
